By using our website, purchasing products, or joining our Wine Club, you confirm that you:

Products and Wine Club Memberships
All wines are sold subject to availability. Banks Road Vineyard reserves the right to modify product offerings, prices, and membership benefits at any time.
Wine Club memberships are billed according to the plan selected. Any changes, cancellations, or upgrades are subject to the terms outlined in your Wine Club agreement.
Wine shipments may only be delivered within Australia. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years or older.
Ordering and Payment
Orders placed online must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept payment methods as displayed on our website.
Prices include GST where applicable but exclude shipping unless otherwise stated.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates only. Banks Road Vineyard is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Wine Club members receive flat-rate shipping $10; standard shipping rates apply to non-members.
Refunds and Returns
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to remedies for goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If goods are damaged in transit, we will arrange the collection of damaged goods and replace them at our cost. If the goods are faulty, not of merchantable quality or defective, we will arrange for their collection and will either replace the goods or provide a full refund, at your choice.

Responsible Service of Alcohol
Alcohol will only be supplied to individuals aged 18 or over.
