Refund policy

At Banks Road Vineyard, we take pride in the quality of our wines and products. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged Goods in Transit

If your goods are damaged during delivery, we will:

- Arrange the collection of the damaged items; and

- Replace them at our cost.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if any items are damaged.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If the goods are faulty, not of merchantable quality, or defective, we will:

- Arrange the collection of the goods; and

- Either replace the items or provide a full refund, according to your preference.

Faulty or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Change of Mind

All wine and Wine Club purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to change of mind, taste preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

Wine Club Orders

Wine Club allocations follow the same policy:

- Shipments are final sale unless goods are damaged or faulty.

- Any issues with Wine Club shipments should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to remedies if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
