At Banks Road Vineyard, we take pride in ensuring your wine is delivered securely and efficiently across Australia. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process.
Shipping Locations
We deliver Australia-wide. At this stage, we are unable to ship internationally.
Delivery Timeframes
- Local Deliveries (Bellarine Peninsula & Greater Geelong): 2–5 business days.
- National Deliveries (Across Australia): 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Regional and remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Rates
- Wine Club Members: Enjoy a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 per order Australia-wide.
- Non-Members: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and courier rates at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delivery Conditions
An adult (18+) must be present to accept delivery. Proof of age may be required.
If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location, or a card will be left to arrange re-delivery or collection.
Banks Road Vineyard is not responsible for courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events once orders have left our facility.
Damaged or Lost Orders
Every order is packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days at will@banksroad.com.au or 0418 171 661. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Banks Road Vineyard supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Under Australian law, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.
